"FIT FOR LIFE" Senior Fitness
Improve strength, coordination, and balance with FitWell Studios!
This class is designed with the older adult in mind. Join FitWell Studios fitness instructor for a class that will increase your muscular strength and improve your coordination
and balance. This class will help build muscle and confidence to enhance the activity level in your daily life. Handheld weights and elastic tubing with handles are used to
