New to Yoga?  This Class is for You!
Join FitWell Studios' trained yoga instructor, Judy Watson, for a terrific class that will give you the basic
foundations of yoga.  
This class is designed for beginners. Yoga is a wonderful way to reduce your
stress, increase your energy levels, improve your flexibility and balance, and increasee your strength
and resiliency.  Practicing yoga will naturally detoxify your body and help you cope with stress to bring
balance and overall wellness into your life.
